The budget was overshadowed by SB5 yesterday, but tomorrow we’ll be back in the swing of things with lots of hearings, including a number of cabinet agencies. Now that language is available, testimony can go beyond appropriations to discuss many of the policy provisions contained within the bill, assuming House members have had a chance to read it amidst all the fuss over SB5.
